Led by Tina Vasilchuk—life coach, ordained minister, cancer survivor, and longtime ministry leader—our approach is steady, practical, and grace-filled. We help individuals uncover their strengths, build confidence, and move forward with purpose, believing that the road ahead can be both faithful and extraordinary.

  • Our coaching is designed for established and emerging Christian ministry leaders and faith-driven marketplace leaders.

    Because this is donor-supported, we prioritize individuals who align with our mission and focus.

    We may refer individuals to other resources if their needs fall outside the scope of leadership coaching.

  • All applicants complete a brief application and discernment call to ensure alignment and readiness.

  • No, this ministry operates on a donation-supported model so that Christian leaders can receive coaching regardless of financial capacity.

  • Clients are welcome to make a voluntary contribution at any level. While there is no required fee, contributions are welcome at the client's discretion (market value $75-$250) for those who are able and desire to support the sustainability of the ministry, but are not expected.

    No one is turned away for financial reasons.

  • Yes, we are a non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible.
